2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • The window sticker was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
  • The window sticker contains incorrect or incomplete information due to our error
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase
  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing your purchased sticker
  • The VIN you entered is invalid and we were unable to generate a sticker

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You entered an incorrect VIN and received a sticker for that VIN
  • You changed your mind after the sticker was successfully delivered
  • You purchased the wrong plan but received the correct number of credits
  • The vehicle information is accurate but not what you expected
  • You have already used the credits to generate window stickers

3. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered unless there are exceptional circumstances.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via email or through our contact form
  2. Include your order number or email address associated with the purchase
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or documentation

5.2 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

If a refund is approved, any unused credits associated with the purchase will be removed from your account. If you have already used some credits, we may issue a partial refund based on the unused portion.

  • You have used some but not all of your purchased credits
  • The issue affects only part of your order
  • We can resolve the issue by providing additional credits or services

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery. Chargebacks may result in account suspension. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
