Monroney Decals provides access to Professional vehicle window stickers (Professional Build Sheet) in digital PDF format. We retrieve this information from authorized databases and deliver it to customers for personal or business use.

3. User Accounts

To purchase and access window stickers, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Purchases and Credits

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

4.2 Credits

When you purchase a plan, you receive credits that can be used to generate window stickers. Credits:

  • Do not expire
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Are deducted when a window sticker is generated

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Use of Services

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our services for:

  • Personal vehicle research and documentation
  • Business purposes such as vehicle sales and appraisals
  • Legitimate automotive industry activities

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
  • Resell or redistribute window stickers without authorization
  • Use automated systems to scrape or download content in bulk
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Impersonate another user or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The window stickers provided are Professional documents from vehicle manufacturers. While the information is factual, the format and presentation may be protected by copyright. You may use the stickers for their intended purpose but may not alter or misrepresent them.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate window sticker information from reliable sources. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. You should verify critical information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monroney Decals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the past 12 months.
